Arts Central offers several opportunities for sponsors to receive ongoing community-wide and regional visibility. The monthly First Friday Art Walk, VanGo, and the Black & White Gala provide year-round exposure and recognition.  We invite you to share in the spotlight as a sponsor of one of the following high impact programs.

2008 Black & White Gala—Presenting Sponsor $6,000, other sponsorship levels from $1,000-$5,000

The annual Black & White Gala, celebrates the arts, arts education, and the commitment of its patrons. The Sunday afternoon dinner and auction offers gourmet fare, fine wine, and an auction of great getaways, stunning works of art, wine, and jewelry.  Our audience of arts patrons and supporters provides optimum recognition for your organization.

 

 


 

 

VanGo—Presenting Sponsor $6,000, other sponsorship levels available 

VanGo travels all over Central Oregon serving rural communities and youth at risk. Our colorful Honda Element is a highly visible way to support Arts Central and bring the benefits of the arts to those who need it most.  Add your name and logo to VanGo! 

 


 


First Friday Art Walk at Mirror Pond Gallery—Annual Title Sponsor $6,000 ($500, monthly host sponsorships available)


Expected event attendance during the year: 10,000

On the first Friday of each month, downtown Bend rolls out the red carpet and welcomes the community to stroll the art galleries and enjoy refreshments. In the center of the action sits Mirror Pond Gallery, the only non-profit gallery in the downtown corridor.

 


 
Presenting Sponsorship benefits include:

• Recognition and thanks at all sponsored events.

• A private event at Mirror Pond Gallery. (Value $500)

• A table for ten guests at the annual Black & White Gala. (Value $850)

• A one-page advertisement in the Art Station catalog (published three times per year) with a total distribution of more than 33,000 copies per edition.  (Value $1,500)

• Primary positioning of logo or company name in signs and promotional materials produced by Arts Central to specifically support the event or program covered by the sponsorship.   (Value $3,000)

• A framed hand pulled original print by one of several respected Central Oregon Artists as an offer of appreciation.

• The underwriting of youth scholarships at Art Station.

• Special events and activities that occur throughout the year, such as summer art camps, youth at risk programs, and Artist in Schools (AIS) residency program.

• Support for Arts Central’s historic preservation efforts at the Mirror Pond Gallery and Art Station.

Benefits include:

• Medici Circle and VanGo sponsors will receive a quarter-page advertisement in the Art Station catalog (published three times per year) with a total distribution to more than 33,000 copies per edition. (Value $700)

• For Medici Circle and VanGo levels, a framed limited edition hand pulled print by one of several respected Central Oregon artists as an offer of appreciation. (Value $300)

• Tickets to the Black & White Gala. (Tickets dependent of level of sponsorship.)

 

All sponsorships levels and business giving opportunities include:

• Donor recognition in programs and catalogs.

• Visibility on Arts Central's website with a link to your business.

• Opportunity to display company logo at sponsored Arts Central functions. (Sponsor to provide banner.)
